In this Privacy Policy, "VerifiFlo", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the operators of the VerifiFlo service.

VerifiFlo helps builders collect verified feedback on their products. Builders create a project, share a public review link, and reviewers submit structured ratings and optional written feedback that VerifiFlo turns into a Validation Score.

This policy explains what information VerifiFlo handles today, why it is handled, and the choices you have. It describes the product as it currently works. If the product changes in a way that affects privacy, this page is updated.

By using VerifiFlo, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

The information involved depends on how you use VerifiFlo.

Builders

People who create a VerifiFlo account to run projects. We hold their account details (name and email address), the projects they create, and the feedback collected on those projects.

Reviewers

People who open a public review link and submit feedback. Reviewers do not get a VerifiFlo account. We hold their ratings and any optional written feedback, along with what is needed to confirm they are a real, unique reviewer for that project.

Visitors

People who browse the public website without signing in or submitting a review. We hold only basic usage information about the visit.

Paid plans

VerifiFlo offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect the information needed to create, manage, and support your subscription, such as your plan, billing contact details, and subscription history. Payments are processed securely by an authorised payment provider, and VerifiFlo does not store complete payment card information.

Information you type or upload into VerifiFlo, which may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Project information such as the project name, description, product URL, estimated testing time, and project logo
• Instructions for Reviewers that you write for your project
• Review responses: ratings for First Impression, Ease of Use, Design & UI, and Performance
• Optional written feedback submitted with a review
• Messages you send us through the contact page or by email

Builders should only share demo or testing credentials that they are comfortable making available to anyone with the project's review link. Production credentials should never be shared. Please also avoid including personal data about other people in project descriptions or reviewer instructions.

When you use VerifiFlo, some information is recorded automatically:

• Authentication and session information that keeps you signed in
• Device and browser information such as browser type, operating system, screen size, and approximate region derived from your IP address
• Basic usage information such as the pages you view and the actions you take in the app

VerifiFlo may use analytics tools provided by trusted third-party service providers to understand how VerifiFlo is used, improve usability, diagnose issues and improve the overall user experience. Analytics may be used on the public website and inside the signed-in builder application. Analytics are never used on public reviewer pages, reviewer feedback forms or the reviewer verification flow. Analytics technologies are used subject to your consent where consent is required by applicable law, and we do not use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising. You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the website footer.

Builders can sign in to VerifiFlo in two ways:

• Email and password. Your password is stored securely and is never visible to us in readable form.
• Sign in with a third-party identity provider. When you use a third-party identity provider to create or access a builder account, it shares the minimum profile information needed to create and identify your account, such as your name, email address, and profile picture.

If you sign in with an identity provider using an email address that already has a verified VerifiFlo account, both sign-in methods resolve to the same account.

Reviewer verification is separate from builder authentication. Reviewers use a third-party identity provider only to verify their identity and prevent duplicate reviews; reviewer verification does not create a VerifiFlo account.

Reviewers verify their identity with a third-party identity provider after completing the review form and before the review is submitted. Verification exists to keep feedback trustworthy: it reduces spam and prevents the same person submitting multiple reviews for the same project.

• Builders cannot see reviewer email addresses anywhere in VerifiFlo.
• Reviewer identity is never shown publicly.
• VerifiFlo stores only the information necessary to recognise repeat submissions for the same project and maintain the integrity of the review process.
• Verifying as a reviewer does not create a VerifiFlo account.

• To operate VerifiFlo: create and manage projects, publish review links, and collect reviews
• To authenticate users and keep accounts secure
• To generate validation insights for the builder from submitted feedback, including the Validation Score and the ratings shown on your dashboard
• To prevent abuse, spam, and duplicate reviews
• To create, manage, and support paid subscriptions
• To send transactional emails related to your account
• To understand how the product is used so we can improve it
• To respond to questions and support requests

VerifiFlo does not sell your personal information or use your personal information to build advertising or behavioural profiles.

VerifiFlo sends transactional emails only. These are messages tied to an action you took:

• Email verification after you sign up
• Password reset when you request one
• Confirmation that your account is scheduled for deletion
• Confirmation that your account has been restored

Transactional emails are delivered through an email delivery provider, which processes the recipient address and message content only to deliver the message.

VerifiFlo uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage:

• Strictly necessary authentication and session storage, which keeps you signed in and is required for the app to work
• Preference storage, such as your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice
• Analytics cookies or similar technologies on the public website and in the signed-in builder application, used to recognise repeat visits and produce aggregated usage insights. These are never used on reviewer pages

Strictly necessary technologies are required for core functionality and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies and similar technologies are used only where you have given consent, where consent is required by applicable law, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the website footer. Blocking authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in.

VerifiFlo does not use advertising cookies and does not carry out behavioural advertising.

Products reviewed through VerifiFlo, along with pages linked from project descriptions or Instructions for Reviewers, are operated by third parties. VerifiFlo is not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or services. When you open a product to test it, that website or application handles your information under its own terms.

Account and project information is kept while your account is active, so your projects and collected feedback remain available to you.

• When you request account deletion, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion and you are signed out.
• For 30 days you can restore the account by signing in again, which cancels the deletion.
• After the 30-day period the account and its associated data, including projects and their reviews, are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Reviewers who want a submitted review removed can contact us, or ask the builder of the project to delete it.

VerifiFlo applies reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure authentication, encryption of data in transit, and access controls that restrict project data to the account that owns it. Public review pages expose only what a reviewer needs to complete a review.

No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep VerifiFlo's safeguards current and proportionate to the data it holds.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to:

• Access the information VerifiFlo holds about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your account and the data associated with it
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your information
• Request access to, or a copy of, certain information associated with your use of VerifiFlo

You can update your name and email in your profile, and delete your account from Settings at any time. For anything else, email privacy@verififlo.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

VerifiFlo is a tool for people building products and is not directed at children. It is not intended for anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to VerifiFlo, contact us and we will delete it.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, matters relating to this Privacy Policy are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update this policy as VerifiFlo changes. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page changes. For significant changes affecting how your information is used, we will make the update clear within the product.

Your continued use of VerifiFlo after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
