Terms of Service

In these Terms of Service, "VerifiFlo", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the operators of the VerifiFlo service. In these Terms, "Service" refers to the VerifiFlo website, application, and related services.

By accessing or using VerifiFlo, including by creating an account or submitting a review through a public review link, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

You must be at least 18 years old to use VerifiFlo. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

VerifiFlo helps builders collect structured feedback on their products. Builders create a project and share a public review link. Reviewers open that link, test the product, and submit ratings with optional written feedback. VerifiFlo turns those responses into validation insights for the builder, including the Validation Score.

As a builder, you are responsible for:

• The content of your projects, including names, descriptions and logos
• The product URLs you share
• The Instructions for Reviewers you write
• Any demo accounts or testing credentials you choose to share
• Ensuring you have all necessary rights, permissions and consents to upload, publish or share your content through VerifiFlo

You must not upload or share

• Illegal content
• Malware or anything designed to harm a device or system
• Production credentials or access to live systems
• Confidential third-party information
• Content you do not own or do not have permission to share

Anyone with your review link can see the details you publish, including any demo credentials. You are solely responsible for the credentials you choose to provide to reviewers and for any consequences of sharing them.

When you submit a review, you agree to:

• Give honest feedback based on your own experience of the product
• Avoid spam or low-effort submissions
• Avoid abusive, harassing or unlawful content
• Not impersonate another person or organisation
• Not intentionally submit duplicate reviews for the same project

Reviewers verify their identity before a review is submitted. Verification exists to keep feedback trustworthy: it reduces spam and prevents the same person submitting multiple reviews for the same project. Verifying as a reviewer does not create a VerifiFlo account.

Builders need an account to create and manage projects. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, protecting your login credentials, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

VerifiFlo offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The features available to you depend on the plan you are on. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page.

Billing

• A paid plan begins once payment is successfully completed.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information.
• Payments are processed securely by an authorised payment provider, and VerifiFlo does not store complete payment card information.

Refunds

• Unless required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable.
• Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• Where the payment provider's policies or applicable consumer protection laws give you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.

When using VerifiFlo, you must not:

• Abuse the platform or use it for anything unlawful
• Attempt to access accounts, projects or data that are not yours
• Attempt to interfere with, bypass or compromise the security of the Service
• Scrape, copy or bulk-extract content from the platform
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Misuse review links, for example to spam, manipulate results, or drive artificial submissions
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

You keep ownership of what you submit. Builders retain ownership of their projects and project content, and reviewers retain ownership of the written feedback they submit.

You grant VerifiFlo a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, display and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, maintain, improve and provide the Service, including displaying submitted reviews and generating validation insights for the relevant project.

VerifiFlo owns the Service itself: the software, the website, our branding and logos, and the original content we publish. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.

Feedback about VerifiFlo

You may choose to send us suggestions, ideas or feedback about VerifiFlo itself. If you do, we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you. This applies only to feedback about VerifiFlo, and does not affect ownership of builder projects, builder content, or reviewer feedback submitted about a builder's project.

We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of VerifiFlo at any time. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and planned maintenance or unexpected outages may occasionally affect access to the Service.

VerifiFlo provides tools for collecting and organising product feedback. We do not guarantee product-market fit, funding, investment, business success, customer growth or revenue.

The Validation Score and any other insights are informational summaries of the feedback submitted for a project. They are not professional, financial or investment advice, and decisions you make based on them are your own.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifiFlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or its users at risk. You can stop using VerifiFlo at any time.

Account deletion, including the period during which a scheduled deletion can be undone, is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as VerifiFlo changes. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes. Your continued use of VerifiFlo after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
